Danganronpa: LIVe or Die is a completed Fangan (a Danganronpa fan game that follows the DR formula with original cast and story) made in RPG Maker 2003 by Aru & Raven.
The prologue and all 6 chapters are available for download.
Follow Megumi and 15 other people locked inside a luxurious mansion. An evil mechanical bear known as Monokuma forces them to play a killing game. Will they start killing each other? Who will survive?
Each chapter contains a Daily Life section, which contains various scenes with all the characters and personal Free Time events, and a Deadly Life section which contains a murder investigation and a trial (with several minigames, such as Logic Drive and Letter Labirynth).

To start the game you need to unpack the rar file using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip ( https://www.7-zip.org/ )
If you can't start the game you may want to download harmony.dll and put it in the main game folder - https://rpgmaker.net/engines/rt2k3/utilities/74/

Sadly I can't seem to play the game, my character just runs into the left wall and I can't move her... I can make her face up but letting go of the keyboard just makes her turn back to the wall. I don't think it's a keyboard issue because I have no issue with any other games.
That's weird, I never heard about such an issue from anyone. Only things I can suggest is redownloading the game and restarting the computer, trying it on a different device, or as a last resort watching our silent playthrough on Youtube
Loving it so far! Quick question though, how do I get out of the body examination screen during the first investigation?
You need to click on all points of interest, after that you will automatically exit that screen

Hey darkraven616, great game! It's pretty rare to find a complete Fanganronpa, I was super excited when I found yours. I’ve really been enjoying it (and love how you used similar elements/events from the games but put your own twist on them ;). I also really like the characters and the build up of relationships between them, but it makes it all the worse when… well… y’know. ;__;
There seems to be a game breaking bug in Ch 4 (in the 2nd “duel”). Don’t want to say too much b/c of spoilers, but for one of the questions, Megumi says “I must have made a mistake” no matter which answer you pick (even the right one), you keep losing HPs, and fail the trial (get a game over).

However, I'm not sure about that bug. Many people (including both of us multiple times) have beaten this trial without any issues. The way the duel works is that to advance you need 5 correct answers in a row. So maybe you made a mistake on a different question, and not the one you are thinking about?
The correct answers for duel 2 in chapter 4 are as follows:
Round 1: 2,1,1,2,1
Round 2: 2,2,1,1,2
I tried it again with your answers and got through. Thanks for the fast reply! = )

i got a quistion,soo how can i play it?Because it comes in a editor file and thats that.
unpack the rar file, then there's the RPG_RT.exe file in the main folder, it starts the game
cool thx but there is one other itsy bitsy problem that the RPG Maker Runtime Package is not present or registered.(Am sorry if am causing like trouble,but am very excited about this Fangan,mit looks good)
